Welcome to AdsClassify (adsclassify.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdsClassify website, mobile sites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering, or using AdsClassify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

AdsClassify acts strictly as an online venue and marketplace facilitator. We allow users to publish, search for, and browse local advertisements (“Ads”).

No Intermediary Role: AdsClassify is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or contract between buyers and sellers.
Direct Deals: All negotiations, payments, deliveries, and inspections are conducted directly between users.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and post Ads.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and keep your profile updated.

3. User Conduct & Rules

When using AdsClassify, you agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertisements.
Create multiple accounts to manipulate search listings, spam categories, or bypass restrictions.
Send unsolicited bulk communications, promotional spam, or harassment messages to other users.
Scrap, crawl, or harvest data, user contact details, or listings using automated tools without written authorization.
Interfere with the proper working, security, or performance of the Platform.

4. Listing Guidelines & Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for the content, text, photos, and contact information included in your Ads.

A. Acceptable Postings

Products must be accurately described with real images, clear pricing, and correct category placement.
You must hold legal ownership or authorization to sell or rent the item/property listed.

B. Prohibited Items & Services

AdsClassify strictly prohibits listings containing or promoting:

Weapons, firearms, explosives, and dangerous tactical gear.
Illegal drugs, prescription medications, or controlled substances.
Counterfeit goods, pirated software, or stolen property.
Adult material, sexually explicit content, or escort services.
Endangered wildlife, animal trade violating protection laws, or illegal animal products.
Financial scams, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or unauthorized loan services.

Content Removal: AdsClassify reserves the right to review, modify, deactivate, or permanently delete any Ad or ban any user account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Payments & Featured Services

Free & Paid Listings: Posting basic Ads on AdsClassify may be free, but certain premium features (such as Top Ads, Featured Listings, or Category Upgrades) may carry service fees.
Non-Refundable Fees: Payment for promotion or featured positioning is for display visibility only and does not guarantee a sale. All paid feature fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Safety & Transactions Disclaimer

User Due Diligence: Users are advised to exercise caution and sound judgment. Inspect items thoroughly in person and verify ownership documents before exchanging money.
Safe Meeting Places: Always arrange meetings in safe, well-lit, public locations.
No Payment Guarantee: AdsClassify does not offer payment processing, escrow services, or buyer/seller protection plans unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Content: All branding, software, design elements, graphics, and code on adsclassify.com are owned by or licensed to AdsClassify and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content License: By posting an Ad, you grant AdsClassify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content to promote the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

As-Is Service: AdsClassify is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed items, seller identity, or buyer intent.
Excluded Damages: AdsClassify and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions, transaction disputes, unfulfilled deals, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdsClassify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your posted content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to adsclassify.com. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any legal dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
